Field Manager app does not load forms of HIPAA complaint account.

    The Field Manager application doesn't seem to be working. When I click: Open Form... this is what happens (see image). Is there any other way to copy multiple fields from one form to another?

    Sorry, I checked your account and it has HIPAA enabled. We had reports that Field Manager app doesn't work when HIPAA is enabled.

    I have now escalated this to our L2 team and see if they can enable Field Manager App for HIPAA users.

    We'll notify you in this thread once we have an update.

    We are sorry that there is no other workaround at the moment to copy fields to the other form. If you have not created a new form, you may consider cloning the form and adding the fields to the form manually.

    Gotcha.

    Let me ask this... is there a way that after someone completes and submits a form, if certain conditions meet, it automatically sends them to another form? I know there's a way to do it in the email, but not everyone checks their email immediately.  (I don't want to do another form as an iFrame because that can get confusing to people). 

    If there isn't a way to take them directly to a different form based on condition logic, is there a way to change the Thank You page based on condition logic?

    Unfortunately, there is no update yet on this feature request. The feature request is currently having a low priority at the moment and is likely to take sometime to implement. We are sorry that we cannot provide any ETA at this moment. However, if there is any news you'll be updated here on this thread.
