I work for a university called Brandeis University. We received some phishing scams yesterday that send collected credentials to a jotform.com account. The web page is hosted at the following link: http://trythis.noads.biz/fresh.html
In the source code of this page I see a jotform account:
<form class=\"jotform-form\" action=\"http:\/\/www.jotform.com\/submit.php\" method=\"post\" name=\"form_10951646265\" id=\"10951646265\" accept-charset=\"utf-8\">
Can you take this down? Can you tell me if this account stole any user passwords for brandeis.edu?

Thank you for reporting.
I have suspended the account now. The account also had a number of submissions. But also some of the submissions are garbage.
There are also no submissions coming from brandeis.edu email address.
Hope this helps.
