    Hello, I have been using jotform for a long time for a registration
    form for my driving school. now i want to change the form for legal
    reasons. now this message always comes and I can not integrate the
    form into my homepage. Please help me.

    It seems that you have not logged into your JotForm account since long time that resulted in the account in dormant mode. I have now activated your account and the forms should be working normally. Please check and let us know if you need any further assistance.
