The data is not flowing to report or to google doc

    Hi,

    I have to resolve this asap.

    I filled out, submitted and paid for items on the form on PayPal as a test.

    The information I need is not being captured on either google spreadsheets or the Jotform Report.

    it does not show the items I selected for the number of registrations, lunch entree, etc.

    I have to have a way to capture any and all choices on the form and the jotform report which now only has one item.

    Everything above and below the pay section needs to be visible in:

    the spreadsheet

    the Jotform report

    This has to go to press tonight.

    Pleaase Please help me..

    We apologize for any inconvenience caused. I also test submitted your form to check on the issue, but I was not able to reproduce the issue you described.

    My test submission was successfully submitted and was added to the google sheet integration.

    Please take note that the form is using PayPal payment integration.

    For the submission that were not complete or have no payment, the data will be in the Incomplete Payment box.

    Can you please check again. Let us know if issue persist.
