Forms not being distributed to email list

    I submitted a ticket earlier today but did not get any answer.  A few days ago it appears that the submitted forms stopped being automatically distributed to their distribution list.  It appears from the forum that a lot of people are having this same issue.  Is this being resolved?  This is the case with all of my forms and I am having to go in and manually email them all out.

    I was having the same issue and found that GODADDY users are having this issue. Seems Godaddy is blocking emails from JotFORm sence 02 days ago. When I contacted godaddy they requested a bounceback notification from JotForm so that they can check and fix the issue...Is it possible to provide a bounceback notification?

     

    FOR EVERYONE HAVING THIS ISSUE, PLEASE ADD A SEPERATE NOTIFICATION AND USE A HOTMAIL OR YAHOO EMAIL ADDRESS TO RECEIVE THE NOTIFICATION UNTIL THIS ISSUE IS RESOLVED BY JOTFORM AND GODADDY!!!

    I have forwarded this issue to our CTO, he will contact Goddady, in the meantime, please make sure your sender email address in all of your email notifications is  noreply@jotform.com , this should solve it because it's on a cloud service
