I would like to know if it is possilbe to have a LIST as an option in multiple/single choice element.

I would like something like this

    what is your favorite set

    choice 1
        -apple
        -banana

    choice 2

        -orange
        -pear

I want the choice to look like a list and not

    choice 1
        -apple -banana

    choice 2

        -orange -pear

    is this possible?

Please try these two widgets and see that's what you're looking for:

    https://www.jotform.com/widgets/multiple-selection

    https://www.jotform.com/widgets/dynamic-dropdowns

In the link, you can open the demo form or you can add it to your form immediately to test it out.

no those do not do what I want.

I basically want to create a consent form where the viewer will see the list I generate and they need to tick/check mark something that shows that they have seen/read that section.

    similar to the template:

    Event Photography Contract

Consent Forms / Event Photography Contract

but I want to have a bulleted list in the entry

I could not find any form named Event/Consent Form template in your account.

May we have the link to those forms. Also, you may share the screenshot of your requirements so that we can assist you in building it.

We can inject the CSS and adjust the MCQs in a list format if you clarify further.

    Looking forward to your response.

    Thanks.

this is a template that is offered, it is not in my templates but here are screens, the second screen is the multiple/singe option element, and instead of a paragraph form as seen in the captures, I would like a bullet list format.

    Thanks for clarifying further.

    You can follow this workaround:

To show the paragraph in a list you may add it in the text element and add bullets to it.

Let us know if you would like to try this workaround. We will assist you in building your Form.

    Thanks.
