We are going to upgrade to the Premium Plan. But, let's assume we get busy and need to buy the Professional Plan. Will we get full credit for our previous purchase?
Ps - We'll pay by the year to save money.

We can provide you refund for the remaining unused months of your Premium Yearly Plan, however once your yearly plan reached 6 months or longer, we can't provide you any refunds anymore. That's one of our payment's processor policy.
Regarding on the upgrade or switch to a higher plan, you can do that anytime you wish.
