Username change

Hello, I would like to change my username from j.lee photography to jody grundstrom photography as I have changed my business name

As per your request, we have now changed your account username from jleephotography to jodygrundstromphotography. You may now logout and login again to your JotForm account using the new username. If you are using any custom URLs for your forms, it is required to update the username in the URL and share/embed them again.
