Hide page on hidden time value not working

Hi there - in my 'Store Visit Supplement' form, the condition to hide Page 3 OR Page 4 based on a hidden time value is not working.

If I UNHIDE the time field, and MANUALLY SELECT the time these rules work correctly. The condition doesn't seem to run on an automatically populated time.

Could someone please have a look at this and let me know if I've done the rules correctly?
