My Accounts showing as Starter but I upgraded last month

Can you please check my account as it's says starter but I was upgraded to Silver. 

You had upgraded to the Bronze yearly plan on Nov 30, 2019. 

It's possible that when you Bronze monthly plan was deactivated in Dec 2019, the account automatically downgraded to Free.

I have now reset your account to the Bronze yearly.
