Hi,
I have had some emails from clients saying that when they respond to a form the message gets placed into their spam box.

Depending on the email service they are using, you should be able to simply mark one of the emails as "Not Spam". From then on, emails from that specific address, in this case, noreply@jotform.com, should no longer be filtered as spam:
