    Hi,

I am having difficulties creating a custom thank you page on this form :

    https://form.jotform.com/200076181983052

Name of the form :  PORTES OUVERTES - REMBOURSEMENT HÉBERGEMENT TRANSPORT

I have verified the conditions and they are correct but the custom thank you page never displays.

    Best regards,

    Pierre

Hi, your custom Thank You message will be displayed if you make a selection on the "Admissible à" field:

However this field is hidden through it's properties, and there is no condition that would make it to show, therefore, it will remain hidden all the time, and your custom Thank You page will not be displayed:

    Hello,
    Thank you for the reply.
    It is intended as such.
This hidden field’s purpose is to be able to show a different thank you page.
The hidden field has a value + I have chosen in parameters to not delete the hidden field’s value upon submission.
It seems to me that you should be able to show a different thank you page depending on the value of a hidden field.
Are you saying that it is not possible ?
    Pierre

Thanks for specifying. It will work if you output the value into a hidden field through conditions, as long as the "Clear Hidden Field Values" form setting is set to "Don't clear". I have done a submission in a clone version of your form where this condition was triggered:

And the message was displayed correctly:
