We haven't been email recieving notifications from serveral of our forms. We are however getting notifications from your app.
Are you aware of this problem?

Have you tried removing the current notification setup and re-create it? If not, please do as sometimes that fixes this kind of issue.
However, please do provide us some form ID's so we can check the form.
I have clone some of your form and was able to submit and receive the alert.
