    Radio/Checkbox Options with Image Codes no longer work with Conditions

    hey Team

    I've loaded a few more "conditions" to the form http://form.jotformpro.com/form/31080992621957

    Conditions 1 through 11 do not work, but conditions 12-16 do work correctly, and then Conditions 17 onwards don't work again when i've done tests in Preview mode...

    Any advice?

    Hi Luke,

    First off, I would suggest to add label width on your form so page break buttons will not get crossed each other.

    Regarding on the conditions, please try to clone the form below and check if some of the conditions works fine. I may not say "everything" will work since some of the conditions are probably having conflicts. I would suggest to review each of the conditions and make sure each condition doesn't interfere with others. See how,

    Actually.  Really sorry, but I've just tweaked one 'condition' and when I preview it now, same problem... it's not working when i click "fly" etc... http://form.jotformpro.com/form/31191993404960 is the new form

    Maybe I can just have the form you've cloned imported into my account so I can use it???  I know the form you've posted in previous posts works perfectly

    hey team

    I've just inserted two more fields to the above form, and now I can't get the "Conditions" to work again.  Please assist!  I know its a complex form, but it was working well the entire week until I inserted those two fields... same thing is happening... fields that should "SHOW" are no longer coming up?

    Hi Luke,

    Base on my investigation, it's something to do with the image codes on the options. I would suggest remove them and check your form condition. It seems to have solved it. Kindly re-add them one by one and see what options will not work. This might help you figure out the actual problem on the form.

    Here's a cloned form of yours, I've removed image code on "Fly" option and it fixes the condition problem. http://form.jotformpro.com/form/31267041498961?

    hey EltonCris.  Any word yet?  The images were working fine before, and didn't really want to lose ALL of them as they make the form look a little better and more fun for people to fill in.

    We understand that you need those images and I believed this was a bug on the conditions. The ticket it still opened to our development team. If there's any progress about this, we will update you via this thread as soon as possible.
