Our forms keep freezing on our Ipads when clients are filling them out.
What could be the problem? Sometimes it freezes while clients are trying to fill out the form. And then sometimes when i go to submit it, it says one entry aloud, which doesn't make sense because it is the first submission. And then I can't submit. When I try to go back, it freezes. -

Thank you for contacting us. Which forms are freezing on iPads? Is it through the iPad browsers, or the JotForm mobile app?
Your second concern will be addressed in the following forum thread: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2113835

Hi @livingcolourtattoo, thanks for contacting us!
I have just tried testing your form on a desktop and a mobile device and appears to be working as intended.
For mobile testing, I used an iPhone 7 and I tested it on the Safari browser as well as the JotForm Mobile App. I was able to submit the form without any freezing issues:
I recommend you try to fill out your form within the JotForm Mobile app since it is a native part of our infrastructure the number of possible conflicts will be significantly less and you can also take advantage of the Kiosk mode:

I will clear your form cache just in case it can resolve any small conflicts in your forms. Let us know if you have any more concerns regarding this topic, we are more than happy to be of assistance!
