Upgrading account using Purchase Order

    Hello,

    I'm writing to check the status of the upgrade request I made last week. Our business office should have made the payment. Have you received any payment for my upgrade request? Also, if you haven't received it yet, can my account still be upgrade or do I need to wait until you receive the payment.

    Your account (Demirhan_Murat) is still a free user.

    May we know what payment method did you use? 

    If you're referring to a different account, please share the account email address registered to it so we can check it further.

    Hello,
    The payment method should be a PO. I checked with the business office and
    they said they haven't made a payment yet but will do it today.
    It will be from Hampden Charter School of Science.
    My connected email account: mdemirhan@hampdecnharter.org. I also have my
    personal account but this will be for my workplace.
    Will my account be upgraded as soon as you receive the payment? I have some
    surveys to be sent out.

    To upgrade your account using Purchase Order, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/353-How-to-Upgrade-and-Pay-by-Purchase-Order

    Once we receive the payment, it will still need approval from Jotform Inc. Upon approval, you will receive an email and instructions to upgrade your account.
