One of the most time consuming and tedious chores with setting up forms is managing the triggered emails.
My clients prefer a nicely formatted email, and it takes a lot of time and clicks to shuttle back and forth to look for and access old emails that include the desired format for a given form.
A real time saver would be email templates that could be set up and readily accessed in the email editor environment.
A reasonable alternative would be the ability to quickly import the content of a previous autoresponse/notification email, perhaps by selecting from a drop-down element populated with all the form emails on the account.
They've mangled the navigation, but Survey Monkey has a feature like this and it's a lifesaver. It would make a lot of sense on JF.

Thank you for such a wonderful feature request. I will surely submit this to our nice-to-do list and hopefully, our developers can integrate this in the future.
Thank you for using Jotform. Let us know if there's anything else that you require assistance with.
