Can we integrate Jotform with custom object?

Are you referring to Salesforce custom object?

Currently, you can integrate a JotForm Form with Salesforce to create new Accounts, Contacts, or Leads in Salesforce.

If you want to create new Custom Objects, you can do that using a third-party tool like Zapier or Automate.io.
