Hi,
So when people are subscribing and paying, I'd like them to receive their receipt as automatic response e-mail.
First question : How can I set this PDF to be a automatic response ?
The format from "inbox" section is very clean. I'd like it to be the receipt.
second question : In the Inbox section, where all the submissions are found, how can I change default template, like to have my logo on it etc. ?thank you

You can send an Autoresponder Email to your users.
Setting up an Autoresponder Email
You can also include submission as a PDF attachment.
However, you will need to create a PDF Document in PDF Editor.
