Why doesn't any information appear in the "Incomplete Submissions" section?

I need to know who filled out incomplete submissions in my form called "2020 Winter Retreat" so that I can contact them.

You can access the data in the Incomplete Submissions sessions by using the following link:

https://form.jotform.com/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx?session=xx-xxx-xx-xxxxx

Where the first part is your form URL, then the ?session= parameter and then the incomplete submissions session ID.

Either your suggestion didn't work or I don't fully understand your solution. One of my incomplete submissions tells me the date and time of the submission and then says Session: JF-S4L-3089 so I typed https://form.jotform.com/200136099115953?session=JF-S4L-3089 and it brought me to an empty registration form. I tried this with all 6 incomplete submissions and received the same results. Was I supposed to do something differently?

You are doing everything correctly. I would like to apologize for the inconvenience - I have provided the URL to my form instead of your form. Please replace the orange part of the URL with the URL to your form and the suggestion will work as intended.
