Issues verifying email address and logging in

    My organization sent me a link to sign up for an account. I successfully created an account, but the verification link sent to my email is "invalid". Additionally, when I try to log in, it either says "Suspended" by the password field, or nothing happens at all (i.e., the login button doesn't work).


    I have tried clearing the cache, going incognito, using a different computer, but I cannot log in. Is the website down?

    Apologies for the inconvenience. The verification link did not work since your account was suspended. Upon checking, it seems that our Phishing Detector has mistakenly suspended your account.

    I have now reactivated your account. Please try to verify your email again.

    The verification link is still invalid.
