I have a client who might use your Premium account - but what happens if they get too many form submissions in a month and go over their quota? Do they have to upgrade to see them? Do you notify your customer if they go over?

Thank you for your message. When you reach the maximum number of submissions for the Premium page, the form will be disabled. Your guests will not be able to submit any data at all. We will inform you through a system-generated email notification if you're nearing the maximum submission limit (1,000 submissions for the Premium account).
Your monthly submissions allowance will then be reset to zero on the next cut-off date. In any case, you will not lose any data submitted prior to reaching the maximum submissions.
Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns. Thank you for your interest in JotForm!

Whenever a user reaches the submission quota limit, the form automatically gets temporarily suspended for a period until a new month comes in.
Also, our system automatically sends an email to the user to notify that he is reaching the quota limit for the month and encourages the user to upgrade his account to avoid temporary temporary suspension of forms due to overlimit.
If you have any other questions, please let us know.
Hope this helps.
