Yes, you can customize all forms created through JotForm. For example, you can add your company logo, images, text, etc. Here is a quick guide on how to use our form builder:

MarisaReplied on January 15, 2020 at 9:50 AMHi,
I set up an account using my email address. I created a form which I filled
out and submitted through the app on my iPhone when connected to the
internet.
I then attempted to fill out the form again with no access to internet or
data. I observed that my submission synced when I re-connected to the
internet but my concern was that the form page would not refresh when I was
not connected to the internet. It did not appear that I could continue
making any entries. This is why I was hoping to speak to someone. I need
to be certain that we can use this app entirely offline so that we don't
need to rely on internet in order to have people enter their information. I
understand that we won't have the data in our account to see until the
devices we are using are back within range of the internet.
I would like a phone call. 781 354 0770.
Thanks, Marisa

Hi Marisa,
Thank you for the additional information.
" ...would not refresh when I was not connected to the internet."
To clarify, you are unable to make another entry of fill-up the form on the mobile app while disconnected to the internet? Are you showing the same submission when you access the form again offline?
To access and fill in the form on the mobile app you have to access the list of your forms and click on a form then "Fill Out Form" option to fill out a new form after submission.
Perhaps can you provide more information on the problem you are referring to?

Our main platform support is through this forum page, we can also address your queries through chat and email, accordingly and so, unfortunately, we are unable to provide phone support.

MarisaReplied on January 15, 2020 at 12:50 PMI received an error message on an all-white screen which said something to
the effect that I needed to connect to the internet. there was also no
navigation back to the form even when I re-connected to the internet. In
fact I had to kill the app and re-launch it in order to see my form again,
I was in kiosk mode if that matters.
I would like to know exactly what is the reason I cannot speak to someone
about this and can only email? It would be good if there were a fix that I
needed to do on my end of I could have someone on the phone with me while I
execute that.
Thanks,
Marisa

MarisaReplied on January 15, 2020 at 12:50 PMOK it looks like this may have just been a glitch. I was able to
successfully complete the form a few times offline and given the option to
refresh the screen after submitting.
My only other question for now is whether there is a setting that will
disable the option to close kiosk mode or limit what users can do without a
password when in kiosk mode.
Essentially we are going to be leaving the form open for leads to enter
their information and make information requests.
It seems the way my account and form are currently functioning, anyone can
disable kiosk mode and access details in my account.
I don't want to give my password out and I also don't want random people
having access to the data in my account, such as leads collected or the
ability to make changes to the form, etc
How can I protect this while still enabling leads to enter their data?
Thank you.

Glad to hear it's working now. We apologize for the inconvenience you have experienced earlier.
My only other question for now is whether there is a setting that will
disable the option to close kiosk mode or limit what users can do without a
password when in kiosk mode. There's an option to lock your form in Kiosk mode, which means your form will stay in kiosk mode and can only be unlocked using a 4 digit pin code:
What is Screen Lock for Kiosk Mode?
Screen Lock prevents users from exiting the form during Kiosk Mode. To continue with Screen Lock, choose a four-digit PIN to lock your device. When it’s time to exit Kiosk Mode, simply swipe down with two fingers and enter your PIN.
I locked my form in Kiosk Mode and forgot my PIN. How can I exit Kiosk Mode?
No worries! You can use your JotForm password to turn off Kiosk Mode if you forget your PIN. Just swipe down the screen with two fingers, select “Forgot PIN?”, and enter your JotForm password instead.
