VIPawsAsked on January 14, 2020 at 6:55 PMId also like to know if there is a way to have clients enter their initial contact, have them go to the next screen to fill out the rest of the information and by doing so, their contact info is saved and submitted to us because they went on to the next screen. This way, in case they fill out the form incorrectly and it doesn’t go through, or if the form gets lost, I’d at least have some way of knowing that someone was in the process of filling out the form and can contact them to follow up on why the rest of the form was not completed.

Hi again @VIPaws!
We have a new, improved featured called Continue Forms Later. You can turn it on by going to form Settings>Show More Options>scroll down until you see Continue Forms Later and set the selector to Enabled.
This will allow you to display a Save button on your form. You can design your form in the following way:
1. Have the critical contact information on the first page
2. Ask the customer to fill out the fields and click Save before navigating to other portions of the form
3. This way, if the customer does not finish filling out and submitting the form, you will be able to access the data by clicking on the Incomplete Submissions section of the Submissions page (the button will appear after the form's Continue forms Late setting is enabled)
You will be able to create a special URL to access the session data as outlined in this reply: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2115303.
Please let us know if you have any questions and we would be glad to help!

VIPawsReplied on January 15, 2020 at 3:50 AMThis would be helpful! I tried to edit the form as instructed but there
isn't a "Show More Options" in the Settings section or the form drop down
list. Is there somewhere else this can be accessed?
