restored deleted form

    The System History shows I deleted "Traveler Registration Form." earlier this evening.

    In fact I did NOT delete anything.  I clicked on a button that said "switch to new version."  Suddenly I was unable to see any of my forms.  

    Can you restore my forms and collected encrypted items?

    You may restore the deleted form from the TRASH folder. Please see below quick guide:

    Also, may we know in which part of your account did you clicked the "SWITCH TO NEW VERSION" option? Is it via the submissions page of the said form?
