Hi, 

I didn’t know violate terms by creating form and ask for card information would I be able to still have access to those forms that I created but remove the credit card part and have the client submit via PayPal or stripe with the payment widgets? If not can send over the forms I created and I can remove account and find another service to use to create the online forms.

I deleted the credit card fields from your form. If you want to collect payments, you need to our one of our payment integrations.

It is also against our Terms of Use to collect login credentials, such as password, so I also deleted a WiFi password field from one of your forms. 

Your account is now active.
