    Sometimes the form will not submit and just says "please wait"

    sometimes our forms will not go through and the screen freezes and says "please wait". If we refresh the page, it deletes all the info. How do we fix this?

    Does this happen when using the form direct link or when embedded to a web page? Please provide us the link to your webpage or form link so we may further investigate what is causing the 'please wait' issue.

    Hi,

    I think this is just a caching issue within your form(s). I've fixed that by clearing your Forms Cache from our end. 

    Update us if you will still get the issue again.

    One more question, is there a certain point where we would need to clear the cache? I would like to prevent it from happening instead of addressing it as it happens.

    I have checked your forms, and everything looked good. Form caches supposed to be cleared automatically, if you reproduce the problem again, please let us know. We will do our best in order to help you.

    I can't replicate the problem with your forms so far. They are working fine on my end. Is this happening in a specific form? If yes, may we know the form in question so we can review it here?

    By the way, we've just implemented an option for clearing your form cache. You can now do it on your side. Here's a guide: How to Clear your Form Cache

    Yes, which of the form is this happening? I can't find the mentioned form in your account.

    I have also cleared your form cache, would you mind clearing your browser's cache and recheck your form again?
