After submittal I had a thank you image with text pop up. I updated it slightly and now it will not import. It is the attachment below.

Are you unable to upload your updated image on the Thank You Page? We had a temporary issue that might cause the issue you reported. Please try to upload your image again.

Also, please note that we cannot see your attachment. The files that are attached to the email will not be shown here on the forum. You need to open this thread and upload it.

Here's the image I'm trying to download on the Thank You page.  It's the same size as the one I had on there earlier,I only changed the text size. Thank you!1579104064We're Excited For You-Question

I am unable to replicate the issue you reported. I downloaded the image you provided and I successfully uploaded it on the Thank You page of my cloned form.

    Can you please try again.

I'm doing what you're doing when you upload it on your end and it's still not working fro some reason. When I hit upload the image appears very quickly then it disappears. This is what my thank you page looks like.1579115401Screen Shot 2020-01-15 at 12.0

I was able to reproduce it here. After the upload, it tries to render the image but stops halfway through then the window quickly disappears.

I have now raised this to our developers. Once this is fixed, we'll let you know.

I think it should work fine by now. I just tried it and it's now working for me now.

Your image is also a bit huge for the thank you page so I would suggest to resize it to optimize the image performance on the page and to make it perfectly fit on thank you page. You can use the optimized version below if you like.

It has 500x500 dimension. So from 1.5MB image, it's now 69KB. This should load really fast for users with slow internet too.

Hi Elton. Thank you for getting back to me and your suggestions. It's been awhile now but

can you tell me is it possible to have my Thank You page be square to accommodate the image? I thought it was square before but I could be mistaken.
