Why can't I find all the answers to my questionnaire, but just part of them??

    Good evening, 

    I work for a French entreprise called LaCinetek and we have a silver subscription with you. We created a customer survey few months ago, and we received more than 1300 answers. Out subscription expired, and when we renewed it, the majority of the answers were not visible anymore. Today we can only see 500 of them, how is it possible? How can we get back the data we lost?
