meus clientes não conseguem me enviar o arquivo

    Olá, meus clientes ao finalizar o questionário não conseguem enviar automaticamente. A tecla finalizar não responde.

    Tem sido necessário salvar o documento e depois me enviar por e-mail o questionário.

    Como posso resolver?

    Hello @raisaduarte2!

    I do apologize for any inconvenience this may be causing you, I am more than happy to provide you with assistance for this issue.

    Unfortunately, I was unable to replicate the issue that you are mentioning. I made a test submission to your form using test information and I was able to submit the form without any problems. I also checked the email logs in our servers, and it seems that messages with the questionnaire and answers are successfully being sent to your email address. As you can see in the below screenshot of the test submission I made:

    I would recommend that you remove the "next" button at the bottom of your form since the form is only one page there is no need to have that there. Perhaps your respondents have been confused by the extra button which does not submit the form. This is the "next" button I am referring to:
