    All changes made to the form are gone

    Just checking back about this issue.  I made a bunch of changes to my form yesterday (4-29-2013), and I made sure to save regularly.  I even made sure that the changes were appearing on the site where my form was placed, and the changes looked fine yesterday. But today the form does not reflect any of the work I did yesterday. I can see that someone has been working on this from your side today after I initially submitted by problem because there was a submission on one of the other forms, and there is a clone made of the form that I was working on yesterday.

    We are in a crunch to get this released, but I don't want to make any changes and end up messing up any paper trail for tracing the issue.  Or if it's something inherent to my account, I don't want to waste my time doing everything over again, just to have the changes disappear again tomorrow.

    Problematic form: "GPA MN Adoption Application 1-2013" (which I actually renamed to "GPA MN Adoption Application 5-2013" yesterday, but it's also gone)

    Hi Lisa,

    I have tried creating forms from our different domains serve from different servers but it seems to be fine. I have also asked my colleagues and they don't find any related issues about cache delays or forms that reverts back to its old state.

    I see you've created a new form today, GPA MN Adoption Application April 30, 2013. They both appears the same on your site and on it's stand alone version. While we can't specifically tell where that issue lies, I would recommend backing-up your final form by creating a clone version of it. Also, please make sure you are logged in, and edit the right form that's used on your website. Clearing your browser's cache may sometimes help.

    We would appreciate if you could monitor this issue and get back to us if this happens again so we can troubleshoot this further. Thank you!

    Yes, I needed to get this released, so I cloned and created a separate
    form. I will let you know if I have any further problems. I know I was
    logged in yesterday, and I know I saved changes repeatedly, and they looked
    fine on my site. But I will clone as you have recommended, and hope it was
    just a one-time thing.
