My paid account login suspended and my form is disabled ?

     How can I get customer service support for help ASAP ?!? I spent days working on this form, I had an internal business meeting with 20+ staff members in corporate introducing this form  explaining how effective and great it is and would help us keep track of all our locations and their equipment issues, we put this on our website for internal staff use only. Now I have an unhappy CEO and staff members because this new process we wasted time discussing doesn't work and we cant contact anyone at jotform to help us. I think at least for the paid customers you guys need to have a better contact system because this is effecting our business.  

    Can someone please contact me and let me know how to fix this issue and how long it would take for my account to be back up and running so that I can send out an email to staff and let them all know.
