Hello,
I recently made my survey go live and had one survey taker run into an error message after hitting submit. Others have had successful submissions, therefore I do not know if the error is on the form or on the surveyor's end. May you help me troubleshoot through this?
I am unable to retrieve her IP address, but I know her name and email if that helps.
Her name is Cindy Kagey and her email address is Cindy.Kagey@pdza.org

There is no entry from the given email address. The entry is not saved in the form due to that error. We have this problem a few hours ago, but we've fixed it already. Please suggest users to try again and let us know if the issue persists.
