Date selector options

Hi,

I can'f find a date "picker" that has both futures I need.  I need for "today" to always NOT be a selection automatically  and I also need the to be able to go in an block certain dates. I can only find these as two completely different widgets. 

Any advice on how to make this work or if an different widget exist I cant find...
