Account Suspended

    Hi

    In the middle of editing a form, I got logged out and couldn't logged back in. The error says LogIn Failed-Suspended!!

    What can I Do?

    Your account got suspended. I checked your forms and I was not able to see any form fields that violate our terms of use.

    I went ahead and activated your account back to good status. 

    You can now use your account and manage your forms properly.

    Hi Vincent

    You fixed the issue and it worked for a day, but it happened again today. When I was editing the Thank You page in the form, the account logged out and doesn't let me log in again. I think the previous time it got suspended I was doing the same, editing Thank You page!!

    Can you please find out the issue?

    We would like to apologize for any inconvenience the issue had caused you.

    We have reviewed your account further and we not found anything that would be enough to keep it in suspension.

    We have reactivated your account. Your forms are now active and you should be able to login to your account without any issues.

    Hi

    Thank you! It fixed the issue, but only worked for 10 minutes.

    Now I have the issue "Form Not Found, this form is disabled!" This is becoming frustrating. Is there a way I can duplicate this form and work on the second version, and get rid of this completely? What if this issue occurs in near future that we want to officially use this platform for our charity?

    I have lifted the suspension of the account. Could you please try accessing it now?

    Hi

    It's very frustrating. It is the 4th time the account is being suspended. What is the reason? I'm going to launch the draft of the form in the meeting in less than 2 hours from now. And Account got suspended again!!!

    I see that your account is already active and good in standing. Are you still experiencing any issue with your account? If so, please provide us with the error message that may be displaying when you try to login to your account. We will be happy to take a look again.

    Hi again,

    My account is suspended again. Do you suggest I close it totally?

    I'm thinking of using another platform. Please tell me what is wrong with my account. As you can see from my email thread, it's been suspended many times.
