Pre-filled date fields don't work

Hello,

I have a birthdate with date fields like this:

same for q127_dateDe127[month] and q127_dateDe127[year] 

Only day and year are prefilled, month is not when I pass the URL with &dateDe127[year]=2015&dateDe127[month]=5&dateDe127[day]=4

Is this a known bug ?

Other point, if I pass dateDe127[day]=04 (with 0 before 4), the day is not pre-filled.

Hi, could you let us know what is the form where the month is not being prefilled via URL parameters? The only form that shows in your account does not have a Date field: https://www.jotformeu.com/form/93102340164343
