PDF Report > PDF Document: clone form shows the old texts from the original form in the PDF Document, it did not update automatically.

    Hi, form called residential lease - the village looks fine when filling it out but when we receive the submission it is for residential lease stanley studios. the village was cloned from stanley studios but it should not be populating stanley studios's form.

    This is a major problem as we have 92 signed leases for apartments that are incorrect!! i need urgent help on this.

    when we receive the email copy it is still in the village but in submissions and the dropbox syn it has stanley studios details

    Thank you for contacting us, you can update the title that shows in the PDF report, you will need to open the PDF editor, please follow this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/384-How-to-Customize-PDF-Submissions-Report

    Once in the editor, you can update the header title:

    All the contents are wrong. It shows throughout the form all the details of Stanley studios. Go compare both forms and their submissions.

    Hi, in that case it would be easier to create a new PDF document which should be updated correctly:

    Once you create it, and verify that it shows the updated information, you can delete the old one. Let us know if you need more help.

    I cant build a whole new document. I have cloned many forms before and it has worked fine. The same problem happened with my rental application form for village and for Stanley studios. I need you to help me as this is a bug on your system. I am not accepting that I have to build a whole new pdf form.
    Please can a senior manager assist with this?
    I gave up alot of my time to be interviewed by Jotform to find out more about my use case and I would appreciate proper help on this issue.
    Please analyze my forms properly as you should be concerned about this issue as it is clearly a serious bug in your system. A skype call may be best.

    I agree, the document should have updated on its own. I have forwarded a request to our back-end team to have your existing PDF Document updated. Please note that there is no estimated time-frame for a resolution.

    Meanwhile, I have created a new Document for you, could you check and see if it would work? If wouldn't, you could simply delete it:

    1. how do you create this from the original jotform?
    2. can you do this for the application for the village please
    3. once done does it apply to all previous and future submissions?
    4. how do i apply what you did for all future submission?
    5. i need to swap my previous incorrect submissions with these ones. how do i change them?
    6. if i change something in my jotform will it automatically change in the pdf editor?

    1. How do you create this from the original jotform?

    Simply go to your Form PDF-Editor and then create a new PDF document. Please see my screencast below for reference:

    You can check my screencast above and apply the same for your village form.

    The new PDF document will only apply to future submissions.

    Do you mean you want to attach the newly created PDF document to your autoresponder/notification?

    If so, here's the guide: How-To-Include-Submissions-As-PDF-Attachment-In-The-Email-Notifications

    Just make sure to select the PDF document you want to send.

    Do you want to send the new PDF document to your dropbox? If so, please try editing the submissions and resubmit them again.

    It should, but a message will appear if you want to apply the same changes to your PDF editor. So I suggest, when you make changes to your web/online form, go to your PDF-Editor as well to make sure the changes apply there as well.

    I tried to download all the pdf files and it says it will email me a zip file but I have received nothing.
    How do I get this as I need the correct submissions.
