Why is my form not sending to my email?

    My "PBC Order BR/Creek" form is not sending an email.  It stopped working last week.  I made a new form with a similar name and it is also non-functional.  Please advise.

    Hi Alvaro,

    Good day! It's maybe because your form sender name is empty;

    Please kindly correct that by selecting "Jotform" from the Dropdown list as you don't have name or any correct field that will suit that area.

    Also, check your Spam Folder and add noreply@jotform.com to your Safe Sender List or Contact List. For more information and solution, check this guide: How To Setup Email Alerts To Prevent NOT Receiving Email Alerts
