    Please help, cannot access my account

    Our apologies for the inconvenience.

    I have reactivated your account, but can you explain the use of the Opt-In form? It is not integrated with any of our email integrations, i.e MailChimp. The opt-in form is marked as suspicious by our form reviewers. 

    If you also have a business email, we recommend using that as your primary email of the account for verification purposes.

    I use the form to collect sign up information from my customers and gauge their interest in my newsletter. I have a gmail account for my business.

    I understand, but the nature of your forms seems to be related to financial services. If you have a custom business email, not the free email, we recommend using one for your account. That way, our form reviewers can verify the account.
