I’d like to be able to create a form applicants fill out and electronically sign. Then, some of the completed fields need to automatically populate another form the clients will not see; our employees need to then have access to edit that populated report to add additional information; must be easy to use. I am not computer literate and i would be willing to pay for you to do this.

You can add hidden fields to the form that will not be visible for your users. Your employees can later edit the submissions and populate the hidden fields.
