Questions about Google Drive integration

    Hello.
    I've been playing with the Google Drive integration and have a few questions:
    1. We'd like to make the folders be named "<last_name> <first_name>" (we have the Full Name in the form). Is that possible / feature request?
    2. I noticed that 2 forms submitted with the same name create 2 folders. Is it possible to make resubmissions override the old one?
    3. Is it possible to have the links to attachments in the Google Spreadsheet link to the Google Drive files rather than JotForm? An alternative would be to add the timestamp at the end.
    Most of the above would be covered by allowing to pick the folder name in a similar way to setting up e-mails, i.e. be able to use fields in the folder name (+submission timestamp, reorder of name parts, links).
    This feature is great, and could be even more flexible.

    Hi,

    You can edit the sub-label then switch First Name and Last Name.

    To edit the sub-label, click the sub-label then edit.

    Yes, It is possible to edit the submissions, please follow the steps below.

    1. Go to MY FORMS.

    2. Click form title then click submission.

    3. On submission page, click edit.

    4. Then the form will show up, after editing the form click submit button.

    On your google drive this will create another folder.

    Links attactments in google spreadsheet to google drive files is not possible.
    Most of the above would be covered by allowing to pick the folder name in a similar way to setting up e-mails, i.e. be able to use fields in the folder name (+submission timestamp, reorder of name parts, links).
    This feature is not yet implemented but I can add this to our feature request list, please open a new thread so I can forward the new thread to our developers.

    Sorry! It is not possible. Integrate with some other services like Dropbox will be override instead of new upload.

    Just a clarfication: You can integrate with Dropbox and Google drive at the same time, but as dineshit has explained to you, 2 forms with the same name would  override the folder name
