Payment issue - Pending

i have a form with a paypal payment attached to it but when form is filled in the form stays in submissions. the user sees the payment as pending in their paypal account 

I think you're referring to the incomplete payment submissions. This happens when someone submitted to your form and got redirected to the PayPal page and then the user closes the browser or decided not to continue to purchase. For more information, please check these links:
