I am looking to create a secure credit card form.  What do you recommend?  PayPal would not be needed.  I am a travel agent and would need this info to process payments for trips.

    Thank you

    Hi,

    Thank you for contacting us.

To clarify, you would like to process payments using your form or just collect card or payment information?

We would recommend using any of our Payment Integration tools to prevent auto suspension of your account because of Phishing. Please note that collecting personal information is against our Terms of Use

If you are looking to capture a customer's payment information and charge it later, you could make use Payment Authorization feature: How-to-Enable-Payment-Authorization

I hope this helps. Let us know if you need further information.

Thanks for the reply!  Could I use the recurring credit card authorization form and just not flow it thru another vendor such as PayPal?

What I am doing is collecting the information and then processing thru our travel vendors.  I do not want my account suspended, so would appreciate any direction you have for me!

No, you can not do this. This would violate our TOS. You can read it here:

    https://www.jotform.com/terms

You will have to use some of our payment integrations. Payment authorization is available on the following payment gateways:

    - Stripe

    - Square

    - Authorize.net

    - PayPal

Let us know if you need any further assistance.

Thank you for the clarification!  Just so you know - I sent the form to myself just to see how it looked when sent out.  I filled out the personal info only - no credit card info.  I just don't want my account shutdown.

    Thanks!

I have checked your form, so far it doesn't contain any offending fields. Again, please be guided by our Terms of Use to prevent further issues.

Also, I would like to advise that if you are going to collect more personal information like ID's, please add the mandatory fields on your form to prevent your suspension of account:

    1. E-signature widget- serves as a form of authorization from your customers

    2. Terms and Conditions or Short Scrollable Terms - that will also serve as an acknowledgement from your customers that you can have their information.

Let us do know if you need further assistance.
