We continue to grow our uses for Jotform and are using numerous different forms on our website, in emails, for credit applications, etc. With all of the different forms we are using, our customer service department doesn't know which form was submitted. If the title read, for instance, "Grainger Follow Up Form", our customer service department would know right away.
I believe I can add a "heading" to the form, but some forms are used on our site and if I put "AutoTex PINK Contact Form" as a heading, it may be a bit repetitive. Is there a way to display the form title on submission?
Love the work you do!!!Page URL:

You can change the Email Subject in your form notification Compose Email window . Please go to your Email Alerts then click the Notifications.
In the Compose Window, change the Subject to your preferred title that would appear in your email e.g. Grainger Follow Up Form
