On my website my form won't redirect to the thank you page

    I embedded my form with the iframe code but I still cannot manage to get it to redirect to the thank you page. It just sits there with a "Please wait..." instead of redirecting.


    But with this being said, it redirected on jotform.com when I preview the form. Why won't it redirect on my website?

    I tested your form, but I was not able to replicate the issue you reported. The form was submitted successfully.

    It seems that you tested the form in WordPress editor. Please open the webpage in a separate browser tab and test it again. 

    If the issue persists, re-embed the form with the iFrame code to see if that will resolve the issue.
