    Dear Team, 

             I have created username with Viveckandhoney@gmail.com for my client. For his wedding in Thailand we need some information from his guest. However .recently Viveckandhoney@gmail.com got suspended. We were planning to upgrade our package after our form is done.

    Can you please reactivate this account due to we really need to complete the form before his wedding is start

    I checked your account, it was suspended by our phishing system. You asked for passport upload and used copyrighted images in your forms which is against our terms of use. You may not use the JotForm Service to collect sensitive information.

    We can remove all passport related fields and images with copyright and activate your account if you agree on it.
