Form not submitting full information with email - stops on page 4

    Hi there,

    I wonder if you can help me with a form - Self Build Questionnaire that is at the top of my list of forms.  In the email that submits the questionnaire responses, I can't get it to submit all of the fields.  It seems to stop at the end of page 4 and this question.

    If adjacent to family land, does the property have shared access?

    I previously manually added all of the fields to the email and tried to resubmit but it did the same and on top of that deleted all of the fields I'd manually added.  I've started to add them back in and tested to see if it was bringing back the new fields but the same thing happens.  I can't see any additional settings on the form or email that could be causing this to happen.

    Any ideas?

    Thank you for your patience.

    I have cloned your form and submitted a test response. In the email notification, the last question is "If adjacent to family land, does the property have shared access" and the email notification that I received after submitting the form has the same question as to the last question.

    On the other hand, the autoresponder email is also working fine at my end. I can see that the fields are not marked as required so if the user filling out the form will be able to submit the form without filling out the fields. You can mark those fields as required in case you do not want the users to submit the form without filling in the details.

    Please correct me if I have misunderstood your requirement or if you are looking for something else.

    Hi there - thank you for your response.  Can you try to create a couple of new fields below the existing ones on the email form submission.  What is happening to me is that these don't come in completed (beyond if adjacent etc....) when I hit submit.  And, despite saving after each new field is added, the new fields get wiped when I return to the email form to check it and add more fields.

    There seems to be some issue with the email notification itself. Can you please delete the existing email notification and add a new one? This will resolve your issue.
