I want to keep our account but cannot do auto-renewal. I'd like to receive an email about a week IN ADVANCE of expiration so I can get Committee approval to renew.

    Thanks

I see that your account was holding Bronze yearly subscription paid using PayPal (subscription ID: I-4NTAJ561461Y). However, it seems to be cancelled due to failed payment. Please note that the payment processor shall try to charge the linked account a week before and sends a notice if it is failed to retry 2 or 3 times. If all the attempts are failed, the subscription shall be cancelled and account shall be downgraded to free.

Since your account is now downgraded to free, you may upgrade the account normally from the pricing page or upgrade section in your account settings.

    Thank you!

Hi Kiran - thanks for the quick response but that is no my question. I know how to upgrade. My question is how do I keep our account without auto-renewal. Can we set it up so that I receive an email about a week IN ADVANCE of expiration so I can renew it manually?

Sorry, but as per our payment terms, all payments/subscriptions are auto renewed and I'm afraid that it cannot be changed. In such a scenario, you'll need to keep a reminder from your end to notify you on the expiry and subsequent renewal.

However, there is an option. If you subscribe to a yearly plan via the Purchase order payment method, your plan will not be auto renewed at the end of the billing period. This is because, this is a manual method and your upgrade also depends on when the bank processes your payment.
