Can't change credit card info

    Hello.

    I just created my new account. Attempted to upgrade my free plan to bronze but can't cause my debit card was declined.

    How can I successfully upgrade my account? thanks.

    I would like to apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing, I am more than happy to assist you.

    If your upgrade was unsuccessful due to a declined credit card that could mean that the card you are using does not have sufficient funds or perhaps you mistakenly input the incorrect details. I would suggest updating your credit card details so that your next upgrade is successful. You have not been charged for anything so upgrading again wouldn't have any extra cost.
