Trying to buy an upgrtade to my account and i cannot login. Email: email@example.com
tried the "forgot Password" function but did not work. Help Please!

Your account was being block already because it had exceeded the allowed 100 MB space on Free subscription.
You have the option to upgrade the account (use the upgrade to Premium button) to be able to use teh account again. The upgrade option is more practical if you expect to have uploads more than the allowed monthly limit of 100 MB.
Or, the other option (if upgrade is not) is to always delete submissions with uploaded files. This will prevent accumulation consumed storage space. Please take note though that deleting submissions will also result to deletion of data. So, make a backup copy first prior to deletion of submissions.
For the meantime, I have notched down your current uploaded space counter to allow you to login to your account. Please try to login again now.
Try to monitor the notifications when your account is about to exceed a limit prevent it from being temporarily blocked again once it exceeds a limit.
